Brief Introduction: TS-JRC single-roll multi-chamber rolling coating machine is type of standard multi-layer rolling coating machine. The products after coating can be applied to the fields of ITO transparent conductive film, auto/building surface film, AR, colorful film, high reflective film, transparent high barrier film, EMI and thin-film solar cell electrodes, etc. It is widely used in the industry of auto, touch screen, flat panel display, thin film solar cell, lithium battery, flexible circuit board and building energy saving.

Features: Rewinding, unwinding and coating are processed in different chamber. The chamber can keep in vacuum state when loading and unloading which can improve production efficiency and better ensure the repeatability and stability of the coating. The machine adopts magnetron sputtering coating method. It can equipped with rotating or flat sputtering cathode, which matches DC or MF power supply. The chambers keep good interval. It is suitable for multi-layer coating process. The machine has the advantages of large capacity, good stability, excellent repeatability, and high degree of automation. It can equipped with online optical detection or resistance detection, close-loop coating system according to the process requirements.
