Solar Cell Coating Line(Heterojunction solar cell and thin-film solar cell)

Brief Induction: TS-CJLW solar cell coating line is type of PVD continuous coating line special for solar cell, including PVD coating line developed by HJT process. It can realize double-sided TCO coating. In addition, we have also launched a single-sided PVD coating production line for the electrode layer or absorber layer of thin-film solar cells. The equipment can coat Al, Ag, Mo, AZO, Cu, In, Ga or alloy layers.

Application: The machine is specially used to coat HJT solar cell coating or electrode layer of thin-film solar cell. It can realize double-sided ITO coating process, or coating Al on single side.  

Features: The machine can complete silicon-based solar cell double-sided TCO film coating or realize thin-film solar cell electrode layer or absorber layer coating at the same time. It has the advantages of high automation, high efficiency, stability, high reliability and good repeatability.
