Brief Induction: TS-CJLX metal film coating line is mainly designed for resistor or ceramic passive components and PCB coating. it can realize single or double sides or both sides synchronously coating.
Application: It is suitable for single-layer or multi-layer metal film coating on the surface of electronic components such as resistors and other ceramic passive components, PCB, IC packaging substrates, ceramic filters and other electronic components.
Features: The machine adopts magnetron sputtering coating method. It can realize continuous automatic coating. it can realize single or double sides coating simultaneously. The machine has the advantages of high efficiency, large output, stability and good repeatability. There are two structures: horizontal and vertical which can satisfy different material coating process.
