E-beam Evaporation Optical Coating Machine

Brief Induction: TS-ZZS or TS-ZSW E-beam optical coating machine adopts E-gun evaporating technology to do multi-layer optical film. There are vertical and horizontal types. 

Application: The machine is suitable for coating multi-layer optical film including anti-reflection film, high reflective film, bandpass filter, cut-off filter and narrow-band filter, color film and AF. Products after coating are widely applied to the fields of optical glasses, camera, optical fiber communication, mobile cover, back cover of mobile, glasses. 

Features: With E-gun and ion source, the machine can realize evaporation process assisted by ion source. Additional with online film thickness monitor, it can realize precise multi-layer thickness controlling. The machine  has high maturity of technology and complete models. Chamber size ranges from 500mm to 3500mm.
