Atmospheric Rewinding and Unwinding Rolling Coating Machine

Brief Introduction: The rewinding and unwinding coating machine is type of machine special for flexible metal products such as aluminum foil, copper foil and stainless steel. 

Application: The machine is applied to coat metal film including Al、 Ni、 Cu、 Cr、Mo、 C, alloy film including TiN、TiC、TiAlN、TiO₂、SiO₂、ITO、iZn:O, or AF on flexible coil such as aluminum foil, copper foil and stainless steel. It is widely used in solid capacitor materials, solar heat absorption coatings, flexible thin-film solar cells, color stainless steel decorative sheets, automotive steel plates and other fields.

Features: The rewinding and unwinding coil are both placed in the atmosphere which can realize fast and high efficiency coating. The coating source can be equipped with different coating system like magnetron sputtering cathode, arc targets, high-power E-gun, induction evaporation source, linear evaporation source or PECVD source. It can adopt multi-source combined to realize different coating process, continuous single layer or multi-layer coating. It can be customized. The substrate width ranges from 300mm to 1250mm.
