Brief Induction: TS-CJLX multi-layer coating line is continuous coating machine specially designed for flat substrates such as glass or plastic sheets.

Application: The machine is suitable applied on glass, plastic sheet/sheet or metal sheet/sheet coating. It is suitable for coating elemental film including ITO, Ag, Cr, Ti, a-C and DLC, or media layer including SiO₂, Nb₂O₅, TiO₂, TiN, CrN, WO and NiO. It can coat transparent film like ITO/AR+ITO, AR, thin-film solar cell AZO and Electrochromic film. Products after coating are widely applied to the fields of touch screen, flat panel display, auto glass/plastic sheets, optical glass, thin-film solar cell, hydrogen fuel cells, electrochromic smart windows.

Features: The machine is vertical. Equipped with DC or MF power supply. It is suitable for coating multi-layer. The machine has the advantages of high stability, high automation and better for batch production. it can realize single or double sides coating.
