ICP Magnetron Sputtering Optical Coating Machine

Brief Induction: TS-CJX ICP magnetron sputtering optical coating machine is a new type sputtering optical coating machine with high speed sputtering.

Features: The machine adopts ICP coating process which first sputtering then ionized. Compare with traditional sputtering process, the new process has the advantages of higher deposition efficiency, better repeatability, better coating quality, better layer density and lower absorption. It can realize precise optical multi-layer coating. The machine can be designed as single chamber or multi-chamber, it can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading device to realize higher production efficiency and lower operating cost. With evaporating coating system, it can realize AF/AS coating as well.
