Magnetron Sputtering Optical Coating Machine

Brief Induction: TS-CJX/M (single/double doors) magnetron sputtering optical machine is widely used for doing optical film and AF film. 

Application: The machine is used to coat various optical film including AR, filter film, color film, high reflective film, NCVM or AF and decorative film. 

Features: The machine equips with multi-group flat or rotating sputtering cathode, adopts DC or MF power supply. It is suitable for coating multi-layer optical film. With evaporation system, it can realize AF coating as well.
