Continuous Wire Feeding Evaporation Rolling Coating Machine

Brief Introduction: TS-JRW evaporation rolling coating machine is for fast and batch production. It adopts continuous wire feeding and heating by crucible.

Application: The machine is suitable for coating metal film including Al, Cu, Sn or ZnS  on flexible substrates such as PET/ BOPP/CPP/PEN/PC/PE, fiber cloth or paper roll. Products after coating are applied to cigarette packaging, medicine packaging, food packaging, drinks/alcohol, laser anti-counterfeiting, hot stamping,  gold and silver thread, barrier film, aluminum film.

Features: The machine realize coating by resistance heating. It has the advantages of easy operation, high production efficiency and large capacity. There are variety of models. Substrates width range from 600mm to 3850mm.
