E-beam Evaporation Rolling Coating Machine

Brief Introduction: TS-JRS E-beam evaporation rolling coating machine adopts high energy E-beam to do coating. 

Application: E-beam evaporation system can coat high melt point material (such as SiO₂、Al₂0₃、TiO₂) as well, besides coating regular metal material(such as copper, silver and aluminum). The machine is applied to lilium cell material, conductive material, color packaging, anti-counterfeiting material and transparent high barrier film material.   

Features: The machine equips patent high power direct E-gun. It is suitable for coating diverse coating material such as metal or media material. The high-power direct E-gun control power supply with proprietary technology can realize high-speed, large-width continuous coating. Compare with other evaporation technology, E-gun evaporation technology has wider range of application and applied to more coating material. It can realize faster depositing, larger output and lower operating cost. It has diverse model and specification and can equip with single or multi large power E-gun. The substrates width range from 600mm to 2450mm.
