Brief Induction: TS-LDX(W)is vertical or horizontal type machine with arc power supply.
Application: The machine can coating different film such as TiN, ZrN, CrN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN and TiCrCN on stainless steel sheets, stainless steel pipe, stainless steel utensil, sanitaryware, lock, ceramic tile, mosaic, porcelain products, glass products, furniture and hardware, or cutter, tooling amd mold. Products after coating are widely applied to the fields of decoration, elevator, appliance, lighting and building material, auto parts, machining and mold manufacturing.
Features: There are box and horizontal type. It can equip with small arc source, magnet filter arc, big flat arc or column arc. Additional it can be with baking , pulse bias device which can satisfied diverse coating process . it has the advantages of mature process, fast deposit and cost-effective.
