Glass Coating Line

Brief Induction: TS-CJLW glass coating line is type of automatic line special for glass coating.

Application: 
The machine can be used for coating alloy film such as Al, Ag, Cr, Ti, SUS and NiCr, or Si₃N₄、TiO₂、ZnO、SnO₂、AZO、ITO. It is applied to coat reflector, color glass, single silver/double silver/three silvern low-e saving energy glass, self-clean glass, auto rear mirror, appliance glass and transparent conductive film. Products after coating are widely applied to auto, solar cell, appliance, building energy saving, home and decorations.  

Features: The machine equipped with flat or rotating cathode, DC or MF sputtering source. It is suitable for coating multi-layer and batch production. The machine has the advantages of high automation, large output, stable coating quality and good repeatability. It is very suitable for big size glass coating. Automatic up and down loading, glass cleaning and drying machine and offline optical detector are optional according to users’ request.
