Brief Introduction: TS-JRP PECVD rolling coating machine adopts plasma to enhance chemical vapor deposition to form film.
Application: The machine is applied to deposit high barrier film such as SiO, Si3N4 or protective film on organic film, fiber cloth, leather and metal foil. Or process washing on flexible material. The products after coating is widely used for medicine packaging, electronic packaging material, fiber cloth and leather surface process.
Features: The machine adopts flat type or rolling-type electrode, equipped with high voltage, MF or RF power supply to form film by PECVD. It has the advantages of fast deposition, good film bonding force, high film density. It is customized. Substrates width range from 350mm to 2050mm.
