Decorative film and hard coating PVD equipment

Brief Induction: TS-LJX(M) magnetron multi-arc combined coating machine is vertical type. It can coat decorative and hard film. 

Application: The machine can coating different film such as TiN, ZrN, CrN, TiC, TiCN, TiAlN, TiCrCN, DLC and AF. It can coating super black, gun black, rose golden, sapphire and champgne on mobile frame, watch strap, watch case, lock, glass frame and golf club head, and can do coating on plastic products, glass lighting, auto parts and car hubs. The machine can coat hard film and DLC on cutter, tooling and molds by adjusting its design. 

Features: the  machine equipped with arc power supply and magnetron sputtering cathode. There are small flat arc, magnet filter arc, big flat arc and column arc available for arc power supply according to different coating process. There are flat cathode, rotating cathode and non-balanced magnet filed cathode  available for sputtering cathode. It can realize various functional film coating by equipping DC, DC pulse, bipolar pulse, AC or Hipims high-power pulse supply. The machine can realize further coating process by equipped with pulse bias, ion source, filaments, hollow cathode gun or baking device. It can realize AF/AS by equipped evaporation device.
