Brief Introduction: TS-JRC double-roll multi-chamber rolling coating machine is specially developed for high performance multi-layer. The machine is with two chambers up to 12 target positions, the most can install 24 cathode which realize complicated or thick film coating.

Application: The machine is suitable for coating functional or decorative film such as conductive film including Cu, Ag, Cr, Ni, Au, Si, ITO, alloy film including NiCr, NiCu, InSn or media film including SiO₂, Nb₂O₅, Al₂O₃ on flexible substrates e.g. PET/PEN/PI/PC/PE, metal coil and ultra-thin glass.

Features: This machine is designed by introduction of German technology and further improvement. The chamber keeps vacuum status when loading and unloading which can improve production efficiency, and can guarantee stable coating quality. It is with 12 coating chambers, 24 magnetron target positions. The chambers have good interval. The machine is suitable for coating multi-layer. It has the advantages of large output, stable, good repeatability and low operation cost. It can be equipped with online film thickness or resistance detecting system, close-loop coating monitor system according to process requirements.
